Rules of Engagement
- Meetings will be held at Shape Haven Architecture’s office or via zoom call, the time duration of the meeting will be 60 or 30mins depending upon the type of enquiry you have.
- Before the meeting you will be requested to fill out a questionnaire which will detail out matters pertaining to the residential or commercial space. This questionnaire will then be assessed to establish the duration of the meeting.
- You are requested to carry digital copies of the layouts you wish to discuss, preferably in a PDF format, as it would be easy to edit and provide remarks during the meeting using that format.
- After the conclusion of each meeting, you will be provided with a document in the form of a 2D floor plan and a generic estimate which will be detailing out all the changes discussed in the layout shared within 48 or 72 hours.
- You may also be requested to bring additional documents before the meeting begins after we review the questionnaire, to ensure that the discussion is effective and valuable to you.
- Please ensure the documents are very clear and understandable in all the details which you would like to discuss during the meeting.
- Also note that any item your advisor is not aware of will be followed up and details related to which will be enquired and provided to you within 48 hours.
